To our surprise we found mold in our new home that we have only lived in for 4 months. We immediately called Advanced Restoration & Company and spoke with Miguel. He left a very good first impression. Miguel came out first thing the next morning to do a mold inspection and within 15 minutes he was able to find the mold and the source of the old leak the previous owner had which originated under the AC unit in the wall. We started the remediation a few days later and I was genuinely shocked at the level of professionalism this company has. We have 3 kids and they blocked off the area with mold so well that we never had to leave the house. They take cleanliness seriously which I really appreciated.
